1. Order Cancellation by Customer

1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID as soon as possible.

  • Once the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be initiated (as per our Refund Policy).

1.2 Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • In such cases, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

2. Cancellation of Customized or Made-to-Order Products

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • If cancellation is requested before production begins, it may be approved at our discretion.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders that are repeatedly refused or not accepted by the customer may be restricted in the future.

  • Peacewayz reserves the right to disable COD for customers with a history of non-acceptance or fake orders.

4. Cancellation by Peacewayz

Peacewayz reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)

If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required).

  • Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.

6. Non-Cancellable Items

The following items cannot be cancelled once ordered:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Mattresses, pillows, and hygiene-related bedding products (once shipped)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards or digital products
