Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Peacewayz. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging with tags

  • In resellable condition

Most Indian home décor brands follow a 3–10 day return window, so 7 days is a safe and standard policy.

2. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect size/color sent

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Mattresses, pillows, bedding once opened

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Clearance sale products

  • Used or washed products

  • Gift cards or digital items

(Hygiene products are commonly excluded from returns in India.)

4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide order ID and reason for return.

  3. Share images or unboxing video for damaged items.

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where possible.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, the customer must ship the product back.

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected.

  • Approved returns → refund or replacement issued

  • Rejected returns → product shipped back to customer

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or wrongly delivered products, subject to stock availability.
