2. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship across India.

International shipping is not available at this time. If international shipping is enabled in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
3. Delivery Timelines (India)
Delivery times depend on your location and courier partner:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes in India.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner details via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details at checkout.

Peacewayz is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Damaged Products:

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and product.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost Shipments:

If your shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a replacement or refund after investigation.
